Weinmann 610 reach (& measuring brake reach)?

Can anyone help me with the official reach spec of the Weinmann 610 front centre-pull brake caliper?

....Or how to measure _precisely_? From centre of fxing bolt to _centre_ of pads? With caliper fully
open or what?
