Which Shimano pedals where recalled?

I just saw an ad for Shimano pedals on EBAY and they mention that they are not the ones that were
recalled. Anyone know which model was recalled?

the pedals were never recalled. there was an upgraded cleat made available for the early pedals. the
new cleats have a yellow pontoon around the bolt holes.

As you'll see, it's the cleats, not the pedals, that were recalled.
