Just a gentle reminder to do a self-examination every two weeks for suspicious lumps in the groin
region. I found a lump last week, had it checked out and it's just a cyst, but you can't be too
careful with the hardware.
Self-examination is fun, painless and with a partner it can lead on to a satisfying low-level
aerobic workout :-)
