Uboat, you are late. I sent a note two hours ago to Patrick and sent the article to Louis Bertrand, who is the guy Patrick was referring to in the piece. Louis and I have been friends for about 25 years. We raced together as Cadets and covered cycling before Patrick had written his first news report.

Great Article--"The Tour is Over"
I enjoyed the article as well. However, there can never be too much F1 for me. Given the fact that the NHL season will be starting up again, I appreciate any reference to F1, in cycling or where ever.
The F1 articles in my local newspaper will soon be like the National Crit Championships, very short, done in a blink of an eye.
