Well, one is really a big dog. Olivano Locatelli - already mentioned in the post sent by Servadio -
is the head behind Landbouwkrediet Colnago, altough he is not being arrested for stuff given to his
pro cyclists, but to his under 23 amateur teams. That is where probably the big doping business is
shifting. In youth categories there is no money enough on the organizers side to put up the kind of
controls that seems to have been very effective recently let's say in the Giro. So all the people
that made money as pushers are now shifting their biz toward amateurs and youth.
BTW, the other official is not a top one, but a no name trainer of females.
