Cyclocomputer ???
View Full Version : Cyclocomputer ???
I just installed with wireless topeak panoram V12 on my bike. The manual shows to install the sensor near the top of the fork and the magnet towards theouter rim on the spoke. My bike has a fork with suspension on it (hybrid), which prevents me from putting the sensor further up on the fork. Is this going to interfere with my accuracy? I programmed the circumference into it correctly. Thanks

Doesnt make any significant difference. The calculation is based upon rim+tyre circuference X rate of passing the sensor. Theoretically the further out from the hub the less the error factor so mount as far out from the hub as is practicable.
