So, im thinking about tranforming my Madone,into, well a commuter. that is why i am posting here in this section. But i just am worried about the usual, theft, locks, etc. Can someone give me some advice on what i shold do, because, well, my car has left me....(i dont want to talk about it). so please help!!!

Remove the front wheel and take it with you. Drip wax into all hex headed bolts. Lock the rear wheel and the frame in a heavily travelled area. Use a good U-lock.
I'd ask my boss if I could take in to the office.

this needs a good bumpKeep it inside the building. If this is not allowed, see what secure area there might be. Find out what the other cyclists in your place of work do, if there is nothing satisfactory then form a pressure-group and petition for a bike shed or bike lockers.
Unless you have a long commute, then if all else fails get yourself a cheap hack bike that thieves won't target and won't matter too much if they do.

Yes, some people can't afford a second bike. I sholud also clarify, I will not be commuting to work but around my town and to school (which I guess is where I work).

Yes, some people can't afford a second bike. I sholud also clarify, I will not be commuting to work but around my town and to school (which I guess is where I work).Get a lock that is heavier than your bike. Use it always. Make sure that the bike is insured to it's full value.
