Royce Union Full suspension

How cheap of a bike is this. If I pick it up cheap, is it worth putting some good parts on?

It already has Shimano gears, brakes, etc.

It has 1 1/8" steer tube, so I can put a better fork on once I destroy the original one, right?

WillIt might be worth riding till it goes TU.Then find a recycle bin to dump it in.I wouldn't waste my time or money.
