Carbon fibre xc riser bars and seat post

I mainly do xc / free ride and was wondering how much abuse carbon fibre bars / posts can take.
Thinking of the answer ones, anyone had any experience with them ?

I would think twice with your freeride tag. Certainly for XC no problems, but if your riding
involves lots of jumpy stuff and crashes,

I run Easton carbon bars and profile carbon bar ends on my XC bike, very comfortable and very light.
