Why can't I get TdF live audio from eurosport.com?

I get the Real Audio window to open but then I get an error message saying that Real Audio does not
have a plug-in that supports the audio format. Yet when I open other audio files on eurosport.com,
they play just fine. Anybody else have this problem?
