Advice Needed For Fundraising for ESAR4

Hi Everyone!

I need some advice. I will be doing my first long-distance bike ride in 8/06. It's a 560 mile ride called the Empire State AIDS Ride in NY state. The ride is to benefit AIDS research and I need to raise $3,200.00 prior to the ride. Do any of you have any suggestions? Is there anyone here from Upstate NY that can point me in a good direction?
