Danilo Hondo goes too high court

Danilo Hondo`appeal has been rejected by the int. sportscourt CAS yesterday. Strangely enough the court asks the WADA to change their dopinglist and put of Carpedhon (the substanz that was found in Hondo`s urin in a very small amount), because Professor Franke (a well known fighter against doping from the university of Cologn) proved during the hearing in November that this substanz is not a doping substanz at all.

Hondo will go to the high court of Switzerland in a last try to overule the CAS.

The CAS pointed out that it doesn`t matter if it`s stimulating or not, it`s on the list and so it is illegal.
