I like to do a bike holiday for 2-3 weeks in North or South America in March/April this year.

Who knows a tour operator?
Or who knows a road bike or mountain bike race (medium difficult) in this time?

Don't know the operator, but I was in Chile a couple of years ago in Puerto Montt. I met a couple of guys who were part of a tour group. They said it was one of the best trips they'd been on anywhere. Not too posh, but great tech support, route planning (mix of road and grot), and personality.

March/April may be good in terms of weather...before it gets too cold there.
