Nokon Cable Liners

Does anyone sell just the plastic cable liner for Nokon road cables. I had to use a 2 piece section while installing my front derailleur. The break in the liner is under the solid section that is covered with the bar tape, so I doubt it will be an issue, however for future use, it would be nice to be able to just purchase the liner. Any thoughts? Thank you.
