cycle friendly accommodation in Rome

My boyfriend and I are looking for relative budget accommodation in Rome late May, early June, with the emphasis on them being able to accommodate bikes/bike boxes/maybe airport transfers.
I have found a B & B called Maurizio B & B in via L.A. Vassallo 61 int. 6.
Has anyone stayed here?
