dura ace crank
View Full Version : dura ace crank
Hi, first time on cycling forums. I am building my first bike from scratch. I have a Holdsworth frame, a dura ace triple crank FC 7703, a 9 speed dura ace rear mech, I do not know which bottom bracket will fit the crank, I am told the crank is for a Octalink splined BB, I have no idea what that means, is it a special one, any one know what I need to buy. Many thanks Paul
DA FC-7703 is about 3 years old or more.
Bottom bracket is BB-7703, 118.5mm,

Make sure you have a long cage rear derailler for that triple.

My first mistake, I got it of ebay and it's a short mech. God this is so complicated. I will have to buy another, thanks for the advice. Cheers Pez
