stress ball therapy for cardiac rehab or pulmonary rehab

Hello ,
I need to whether common stressball therapy can be
applied for cardiac rehab or pulmonary rehab?

Can stress ball hand exercise really benefit heart patients?
I need to know what exactly does it do for the
vascular system?

Any notes would be much appreciated.

Do you mean the little ball you squeeze in your hands? I would think not
much - except maybe for relieving stress. Part of the idea of cardiac rehab is
to get your heart rate up through aerobic exercise, and I'm not sure how this
would do that.
