Plus ca change plus ca better bottle of scotch.

It appears the NIH learned nothing from the Veteran Affairs debacle,
or their CFIDS research funding scandal.

The LA Times has gone out of their way to fund this investigation:
will they also stop taking Pharma money for their printing bill? And
who stands to win if NIH funding is affected by a (deserved) backlash?
Why Big Pharma, who must just be rubbing their hands with glee today.

Plus ca change plus ca meme chose.
