Where to get parts for ALX290 wheelset

I have the ALX290 wheelset (rims + aclass hubs) on my 2004 Specialized Sequoia and I need to replace the cones. I called the US distributor, who told me they didn't have parts and to e-mail alexrims. Anyone know where else I might be able to track down these parts?
