On OLN's prerace show this morning, Carmichael said, "there's no way Lance will lose the Tour de
France today."
He said Lance was hoping for rain (and it's raining) and that he was hoping for a temperature in the
40s (it's not that cold).
Apparently he's decided to go with a 19mm front tire which Carmichael seemed skeptical about given
the conditions.
