Steve McGinty
... of the World track Champs this year is very poor, particularly on the first night (Wed 30
August) when the Kilometre TT will be contested by among others, the Olympic Champion, Jason
Queally, and the World and Commonwealth Champion, Chris Hoy. With Jamie Staff also in excellent form
there is the possibility GB could take all three medals.
However, instead of this we will be getting coverage of a fairly meaningless Intertoto football
match between Croatian and German teams, followed by a completely meaningless kick-about with some
racing drivers (2 hours worth of Michael Schumacher and friends - honest!)
If, like me, you feel strongly enough, contact enquiries@eurosport.co.uk to register your views.
Regards! Stephen
