schweet. ill get some CCCC gear before the start then to blend in all incognito.
question : if i went to C grade for this race could i go back to D for the 1st couple of Crit races or will someone label me with a hefty hession sack?
Then I'll have to disqualify you and fine you a large sum for cheating. But seriously, I'm sure we'll make you feel welcome... mewhawhawhaw.
The crit races are generally 1/2 a grade lower than the road for some unknown reason. So you actually be better off aspiring to get up to B grade by about week 10. The racing is better, though not necessarily faster: bunch of wily yet lazy old coots in B Grade crits.

The Thread about Nothing....
Seeing that this thread is about nothing I will add some.
I have been away on holiday for 3 weeks and now I have some stupid nag message at the top of the screen telling me
"Hello HughMann it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our over 100 forums. A few popular destinations include our Cycling Training forums, our Bike Café and our most active forum Cycling Equipment. "
How dumb is that?
Would they prefer a stupid question, an obvious troll or just something obnoxious.
There, that should send the nagging robot back to its kennel for a couple of weeks or until I have something meaningful to contribute.

eeeenteresting.
is it acually illegal to wear another clubs gear at a race? if it is it cant be enforced that well given there was a guy in full disco gear ( like seriously.... why!!??!!) at the last calga race
B grade by the end of the crit season fits in nicley with personal goals. will see if it happens. will have a lot more time to race given that MTB season is off.
when does the Crit season start anyways?

Who's got tickets to Essendon V Collingwood tomorrow night? Me and my little bloke. :)
Bit worried though. Could only get reserved seating behind the Punt Road goals. I think the Collingwood Cheer squad stake out that end. Little dude is 5 now, 'bout time he got an edjuwkashon.:D

First album I ever recieved was some thing by Gordon Lightfoot. Can't remember what it was called (I've blanked coz it was so traumatic) My godparents gave it to me.
No surprise I went out and bought some Deep Purple to redress the balance. :p
