Let's see .... at TOP, Clydesdale = over 200lb (roughly 90kg) a quick look at a BMI chart indicates 200lb gives a BMI of 25 (borderline overweight) for someone who is 6'3" (roughly 1.87m).
So if you isn't over 6'3", and you weigh 200 lb, you is a boombah (unless you is loaded with muscle)Boombah i is then.

Was boombah (100kg & 178cm) now fluctuating between 78 & 83kg depending on training and food/wine intake. Actually I'd describe my former self as fat lazy bastard.
On Thursday morning I weighed myself after doing 135km the previous day, 79kg. Then after the big birthday dinner out and big morning after breakfast buffet I commented to the missus that I wasn't going anywhere near the scales in case they suddenly found the voice to sing "who ate all the pies!"

I think I'm a semi-demi-hemi-boombah

Bloody hell! I thought you were being funny! Where have you been? The TAN = the Thread About Nothing. You know, that thing that has "sticky" next to it when you enter the Australian and New Zealand forums.
Maybe we should change it to The Aussie Naturists, maybe the guys from the cafe would drop over for a visit. Although, not all of them belong to cyclingforums, this is just a gateway for the usenet groups, so we see everybody's posts over there but they have no idea we are viewing through cyclingforums.

Never, ever weigh yourself after a night of celebration - the water retention alone will be enough to cause deep depression.

Well, I'm a Clydesdale.
Have you seen my feet? They're hairy as!
Actually that BMI index is bullshit. I'm 193cm and 95kgs and there's no frikken way I'm 'fat'. I'm carrying 4kgs of Winter coat fersure, but figthing fit I'm still 91kgs even when I'm riding 4 times a week and doing Melb to Frankston with my eyes closed.
BMI = Bullshit Mass Idiocy.
Still, I do climb like a big horse and tow a carrage full of beer quite well :D

sook, girls blouse, sheesh
It's not nice to call people names. I'm telling mummy on youse. You're not gonna get any pocket money next week.
No more french restaurants and leftie movies for me then. I'm gonna let the hair grow, suck down the suds, belch and fart and from now on it's all testosterone, all the time. My teddy says he's gonna be big and strong too

Heh heh heh, are you a Collingwood supporter perchance? :D
Given the year we have had so far, we need to gloat over the smallest victory.

LOL - speaking of climbing like a big horse, I was 2nd to the top of Reid Rd (3km 10% climb) yesterday morning which is like a win for me. 1st to the top is always Camie, even if he is complaining of feeling crook as he was.
Dunno if it's the new bike or not but the challenge to go under 6:30 for K2 this year feels within reach. The big training programme starts this week with climbing hell (aka hill repeats) galore.

Went down to the game with my little boy on Friday. Left just after 4pm, stopped in Berwick for dinner, back in the car just after 6pm. 1.5hrs to get into town, park the car and get to the match, normally would be plenty of time.....and still missed most of the first quarter. Taxi protest pretty much had the city in gridlock, plus the carparks near the G were full. Then to top it off the game was crap and the Pies got rolled.

Good stuff. 3km 10% is a ballbiter.

LOL. I just like sooking!
He's only 5yo. I think he likes the idea of footy, but he's not really into it yet.:) Probably like it more next year. I think hanging out with Dad is the bigger attraction.
I took him to Telstra Dome earlier in the year to see Collingwood V Hawthorn. We had a bit better view of the action there. He told some horrible looking old crone (Collingwood) to shut up at one stage!:D
