UCI banned substances list

Since 2001, over 90,000 cyclist's have joined Cycling Forums to discuss topics from general cycling to equipment, training, racing and travel or vacation destinations (especially in europe during the tour de france). Anyone have a link handy to a comprehensive listing of the substances banned by UCI regs? In particular I was wondering if there is any problem with pseudophrine. Thanks.

The Alcohol limits section of that document is pretty bizarre.
0.2% for billiards competition (okay I can let that one slide); but
0.2% for aeronautic competition! ...and
0.3% for powerboat competition!!

Cripes I'm staying well clear of the shoreline next time I see a sanctioned boat race!! :rolleyes:
