Are there any websites with tech articles etc. that I should read? I've tried googling "cycling tech" but I haven't got anything that special.

Thanks.

Parktool.com has excellent repair articles. velonews.com, cyclingnews.com and roadbike rider.com have technical and new product articles. roadbikereview.com has riders/owners experiences on almost all bikes/components. Lennard Zinn's, "Zinn & the Art of Road Bike Maintenance" book, is considered the Bible by many. He is technical editor at velonews.com. Some manufacturers, Campy is excellent, have installation and maintenance instructions on their web sites.

The other website on just about everything in cycling, no matter how obscure, is Sheldon Brown's site... http://www.sheldonbrown.com/articles.html

Well, I do a bit of cycling tech stuff on my site... :)

From my paper I link to a collection of articles by Jobst Brandt. They are quite excellent and I think everyone should read them. Coincidentally, it's actually part of Sheldon Brown's website:
