Tendons overlap causing pain?
Hello,
Ive been riding for a little more than two years, this year was my first with serious training. I avg maybe 8-10 hours a week.
About a month ago I started to feel a "pop" in the back of my right leg, my guess is that its the upper part of the calf. I can now hear this anomaly, as well as feel it when I would walk up stairs or ride the bike. Seems that it only happens when the knee joint is going from a 45* angle, or there abouts, to almost straight. It doesnt happen when I'm walking around.
Its kind of worrying me abit since its seems like its getting more progressive. After a hard ride I do feel pain in the region, nothing bad, just an ache up to this point. Im curious if its just strain on the tendons connecting the calf musle to the back on the leg. My guess is that maybe one is enlarged or over lapping another one. Has anyone had something simmilar to this? I hope its just nothing.
Thx to anyone for thier responses.
