Kysrium Elites with 6000kms on them - time for a service?

My racing(ok, I could do with lighter wheels...) Elites have about 6k on them. I've been using them on my rollers lately and they're much more noisy than the wheels on my training bike.
Could it be the bearings?

Could be the bushing in the cassette hub. Mavic use a crappy bush where most brands use a bearing. As a result it wears out faster (and has more drag).

Could be adjustment, after 6000km it might be an idea to get the adjustment of everything on the bike looked at.
