Head tilting spaniards?

Does Mancebo has a crick in his neck or something? Also, Botero looks like there's something's wrong
with his neck.
Serious responses not necessary.

Yup, and that stupid French commentator insisted in calling him "The Brain" in reference to the
largest train robber in history.

And there's something wrong with your assumption that he's Spanish ;-)

Moncebo was the white jersey from 2000 where he placed 9th overall on GC,
18:09 behind Armstrong. I don't remember when I first noticed his prominent tilt. I never noticed
the Colombian rider, Botero at all. BTW, Botero is also a former jersey from the Tour. He won the
KOM jersey the same year that Moncebo took his white jersey. Botero placed 7th overall @ 14:18. I
am not sure but I think this was the first year Botero was DNF.
