zipp from a 9 to a 10 speed

i ride zipp 404's on a 9-speed cervelo dual, if i upgrade to a cervelo p2c (10 speed), will there be any issues putting my wheels on this bike?

Campag or Shimano? If Campag, no problem as 9/10spd freehubs are the same - just change the cassette and off you go.
If Shimano... no idea, I don't dirty my hands with that stuff... :-)

No, just make sure you put the spacer that comes with the ten speed cassete on.

7,8, 9 and 10 speed shimano cassetes will all fit on the same freewheel. There are some 10 speed only freewheels, but they are quite rare.
