You'd have to go custom carbon surely!!! Parlee? Steelman? Who else does custom carbon (and I prefer mono to lugged)

Record kit, Fulcrum racing speed wheels, don't know if I could ever bring myself to ride a pair of lightweights!

If it were a stock bike then Merckx AVM with above kit mmmmmm

what makes it special? apart from weighing next to nothing, and supposedly handling like its on rails... its a yeti :D
alas, i cannot afford such a spritely beast before university goes back next year and so, in an effort to get in as many trails and dirty weekends as possible, i am purchasing its younger (and slightly more flexible) sibling, the 575.
if i could afford the asr-sl, i would get it in pink... nobody expects pink :p

I'll take Kleng's Bianchi/Campag Record and raise it one proper Celeste paintjob (because to have a Bianchi in any other colour is a sin against history and taste), but I'd also want an original 1950s Bianchi to park alongside it, ideally one of Coppi's, unrestored.

Seven cycles Elium Race. Painted gloss black with yellow lightning bolts under the final layer and clear coat, to give them a ghosted look.

2007 Record.

Wheels built with Zipp 360 rims or Corima Aero (either preferably without decals) laced with aerolite spokes to 240s hubs.

Yellow ghosted circle in middle of rim section.

Oval R900 fork.

Oval Aergo bars and A900 stem. and R910 seatpost

Black Fiz;k Arione

Gold Nokon cables

Black or yellow Fiz;k bartape

Look Keo carbon pedals
