Look to Speedplay - How far should the seat height be lowered?

I just want to ask anyone who has the chance to go from Look pedals to Speedplay. I'm currently using classic Look, so how far should the seat be lowered if I use Speedplay pedals (Zero)?

If by classic, you mean something like a PP296, then the stack height difference is 10.5mm. Go here (http://www.speedplay.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=roadcompare.compareroad) to check.
