I always like to give props to companies for good customer service as I think it is something that gets harder and harder to find. Anyways, I recently purchased a 1up trainer from the company and within days, I read a 2nd review comparing the KK and 1up to each other using the newer KK model. I was disappointed as I was not completely satisfied with the 1up. I sent the owner an email and within 24hours he had responded and said he would send the KK out to me without charging me for it and in the box would include a return label for the 1up. This is especially helpful since I do all of my winter training on the trainer and therefore everyday without a trainer is a day without a workout. If you are interested in any of their products, I suggest you order from them if for no other reason than they have treated me better than any other online store has (cycling related or not).
