bike pump problems
View Full Version : bike pump problems
can you get really small pumps to take with you on a ride? if not where do you stick regular sized pumps on your bike? stupid question, but if i get a flat tyre on a ride i am going to be in trouble. it is just some thing that i have not worked out yet.
R.I.P Ben we love you and miss you
Learn to change and repair tubes before you go for that long distance ride. It's a basic skill that'll come in handy sooner or later. As for the pump, either stick it in your back pocket or use the mounting hardware supplied with the pump. In any case, the pump is mostly useless on the road unless you know how to replace/patch a tube.

Yes you can get realy small pumps
I've got one of those super small pumps... about 15 cm long.. & about 2-3cm diameter.
Not very expensive as well.. but a real pain to use. Its really meant to be back up.
