Creaking Ribble road bike

I have a 15 month old Ribble Alu frame with Deda carbon rear stays, I have creaking coming from Bottom Bracket area (even when standing off saddle) tried following fixes but still creaking when pedaling :-(

greasing Dura Ace (DA) BB
Renewing DA BB
Bonding with Loc-Seal adhesive
Greasing DA Cranks
Greasing DA Chainset
Change pedals

I have 3 other bikes with DA BB's never any creaking - but these frames are all steel.

I would be gratful to hear from other creaking Ribble users or from anyone who has solved creaking Alu/Carbon frames.
