when i was going to school, everything was all fine, untill... the end of school, when i saw my rear tire flat:( i know it wasnt a nail or anything eles, becuase the flat came from the sidewall.... then i left it there dual locked for a day, the next day, the front tire was still ok... then after school... the front tire was dead..... and when i broung it home, i found a STAPLE on the front tire's sidewall.:(

my question is: can you sue the school for this or something like this?

is there any tips how to avoid idiots near my bike?(i got QR tires) or any products that replace a tube or air?
