Either way, my point is don't waste your time crying sour grapes... if he is a sandbagger, so what? It has no pertinence towards your ability as a cyclist... and you should be able to mark him and sit on his wheel to get a better finish than you would have without him if you are racing smart. ;)

The anserw is, sandbagging is allowed.

If he shows up, we all race for 2nd. I'm not going to blow up and get dropped trying to suck his wheel , that is racing smart. I win or get top 5, I'm not ranting about my results. I do well, that is why I'm upgrading. I'm asking the sandbaggers and known bagger why?? Why have talent of a pro and race at a level you far exceed?

Are you sure he has the points? I was vehemently hated by a couple of douches earlier this year who screamed at me "you are not a cat4" and did stupid stuff like try to crash me... fact was I didn't have the points to upgrade despite being so much stronger than most I was racing against. You have to win 3 races to even have the minimum points. As to why someone would want to remain a 4 season after season if they have Cat 1 ability... I have no idea since they could make more money sandbagging in the 3's

I am positive. Dude if I got hated like that, I would have definitely been swinging on and off the bike. In every cat there is a strong rider or 2, that's the way it is and always will be. Freaking idiots.
