Chick Cycling in Melbourne

so i've just joined the cycling forum and i realise that messages in this thread were last posted 5 months ago, but if people are interested in cycling the local community, check out the bicycle victoria website www.bv.org.au (http://www.bv.org.au) under the tab 'Find a...'
groups in the local community organise rides (easy to hard) around the area and it's a great way to motivate yourself to ride, as well as meeting new people.
i have recently attended the last two rides in the brimbank area (brimBUG) and i know there is one in moonee ponds for the chick in essendon. hahaha, excuse the delayness.

I am looking to establish a group of female riders to ride off road around the Yarra Bend Park, Merri Creek and other areas where there are trails. I have already some routes worked out. I just need people to ride with/ share lifts to Lysterfield Park etc.
