hand pain

so I've got a new pain... aching in my thumbs from the 2nd knuckle to the wrist on both hands; though more pronounced on my right hand (I'm right handed). Past 2 seasons no problem, and no problem earlier up until about 2 weeks ago.

any thoughts?
