Visit an LBS that has a saddle fit kit and let them set you up with a saddle that meets your specs. As you know, there is no such thing as a one size fits all saddle. One mans most comfortable saddle is anothers torture saddle. Unfortunately the only way to find your best saddle is through trial and error. Also have the LBS take a look at the positioning of the saddle. It may be all that you need is the saddle position adjusted.

In my opinion, most saddles are too narrow; well, for me, at least. A few of the larger companies have varying widths, Selle San Marco, for one.

A lot of the cut-outs aren't much more than a token. These look more serious

I would suggest the OP's nocturia is not directly related to the saddle. Go and have your family doctor check out whether there's an enlarged prostate that needs treatment.

A Serfas RX Mens for the bum, and a stem riser, Zoom, Heads Up2 or 4 for for the "angle".

I agree. You need a physical exam and blood testing. I just turned 50 in Oct. and the majority if not all males eventually suffer with prostate problems. Good luck.
