If you are less hungry after eating it, you either ate the wrong thing
or too much of it.
Truth is simple.
Be hungry... be healthy... be blessed:

Yeah, right Andrew. All animals eat to not satisfy their hunger.
That's really logical. Forget good or bad. It's just illogical.

GOD is the Source of all righteousness.
> All animals eat to not satisfy their hunger.
Hunger motivates animals to eat. This is good.

King Solomon (Proverbs 16:26)
Amen.
In the wild, animals do not overeat to the point of harm.

It is simply what is observed..

That would be unwise.

Not for the discerning.
May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way making you healthier (hungrier)
than ever.

But you said:

It is ridiculous to say that. Of course a person will feel less
hungry immediately after eating anything.

It is what the Holy Spirit guided me to write.

Not for the discerning.

Not for those who have chosen to eat less down to the optimal amount
and have lost all their VAT, thereby becoming optimally healthy.
May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way making you healthier (hungrier)
than ever.

Hunger is a feedback mechanism our bodies have. When we need energy or
some other input, we experience hunger.
Chung twists and distorts the Bible to sell his vanity book and scam
diet by saying hunger is good. We should ignore hunger and go hungry.
Now let's assume that the Bible is right and God did indeed make man in
his own image. That means God is responsible for the hunger reflex.
So to deny what God gave us, is supposed to be right? Is Chung saying
that he is right and God is wrong?
