my mother is suffering from arthritis, last year she got her utrus
removed and this year she got her knees operated,both knee caps were
replaced. and currently she is complaining about pain in neck and
arms. doctor has adviced her not to gain any more weight instead she
needs to reduce weight. can u send me a proper diet chart which she
should follow inorder to keep fit.
