1st Day back after hols!!

Hi all,

Well, ive been to sunny tenerife and it was lovely - only problem is i have to come back!!

Cycled to work this AM - wasnt too bad actually, i found that I had seemingly a lot more energy that
i had before i went away (must be the spanish drink measures!!!).

I managed to get to work in my second best time ever too (although my average speed was lower than
normal - which i find a bit odd).

Anyway, good to chat to you all again and hopefully happy riding ;-)

Winters a comin ;-)

Do you sometimes/often get held up by traffic at junctions or traffic lights?

If your computer is set to only record time while you are moving then you might have got a clear run
today so you didn't stop, making your door to door time less even though your average speed was a
bit lower.

Good thinking batman - my trip timer comes on when i am moving and stops when not...

Same thing happened today - my average speed was the best I have ever had but my trip time wasnt!

Find it very odd as i really wasnt trying this morning - think i am feeling my holiday!!!
