Well so fat 15 lbs gone 1 cheat (TOM) and feeling fine. Mostly eating
chicken cooked on the George Forman and Salmon, 2 of my all time favorites.
Can't wait for a steak but even on regular low carb steak interfered with
losing.

240/225/130 (really until I fit into a 9/10 or 7/8 comfortably again)
4-16 to 5-1

I did the body fat before and I won't get it done till 1 month on so the 16
of this month. The interesting thing about the body fat, it said I was
dehydrated. I always felt bloated!! However, I did gain back 2 due to TOM.
But hey I can deal with that!

Nigh Impossible to say from what you've described.

I have a foreman like device that pushes more heat that I like quite a
bit. But the key to a quality steak medium rare is gonna be high heat.
And foremans are notorious for not pushing high heat.

If you are curious about how to use your Foreman to better effect,
grab a copy of
Raichlen's Indoor Grilling.
http://www.barbecuebible.com/store/
It's not LC, but it'll give you the skinny on how to use the damn
thing for great effect.

My foreman like device got heavy use until I got a charcoal grill and
discovered the beauty of pan sear + oven roasting + pan sauce. Very
nice.
