Anyone up for it in Brisbane?

Since 2001, over 90,000 cyclist's have joined Cycling Forums to discuss topics from general cycling to equipment, training, racing and travel or vacation destinations (especially in europe during the tour de france). We also feature an great deals in our online store, 100's of articles, classifieds and product reviews.

Just wondering if any Brisbane (Australia) road riders wanted to form a weekend group?

If not, is there any beginnerish groups out there with places available at the moment?

It would be nice to ride with some actual people *gasp* once in a while. :-)

I just got into Road Cycling about 2 months ago... I have 2 friends whom have also only just started riding. How apt are you?
Last time I went for a ride with my female friend we averaged 23kph over a 50k ride.
If were in your sort of catagorie let me know and we'll have to hook up on a ride.
Also where do you live... we have one cyclist from Forestdale, one from Nundah, and I'm from Annerley.
