Power Tap Battery Drain
I Had A Wireless Powertap Hub Repaired Recently.when It Came Back It Went Through Batteries (357 Buttons)in 2 Days Before They Died. I Have Gone Through 5 Sets Of Batteries From Different Manufactures And Stores. So It Is Not A Bad Batch. Sound Familiar To Anyone?

I Had The Original Prologue Version (n Size) That Developed The Same Problem Before It Died. Saris Had Never Encountered This Problem.

When I got by wireless powertap I had to send it back after one ride. This was a problem in the hub. Since then it worked great for about 4 months but in the last couple weeks all of a sudden the cpu battery has been dying after 1 week or so of use. I was going to call customer service but I figured I would try a different brand of battery first.

I go thru cpu batteries every 2-4 weeks too. I know this isn't right but haven't wanted to be without the PT so I'm holding out until the end of the season

I am experiencing similar issues. I purchased one of the original batch of PT 2.4 with signal drop problems. After it came back from Saris in March, it worked much better but I am still getting a few signal drops per ride.

I have also been experiencing the CPU battery drain issue. I"ll gut it out until the end of the season and then the unit is going back to Saris.
