Montreal Clubs

Hi all!
I already know a few clubs outside the island. Are there any clubs on the island? I live in St-Michel/Ahuntsic and I don't own a car, so it's kind of tough to get up at 5am to make it to a start on the South shore by 8h30. Does anybody know clubs that have starts in Montreal or South of Laval? I'm a road racer, so I'm looking for sports-oriented clubs.
