what wheels for tri and tt

I compete in triathlons now and I just bought a p2c and I was woundering what wheels would be a better choice for tri use and time trials.
I have been thinking about the hed 3 spoke, and the hed stinger 60. I have also thought about buying a renn disc wheel. My only concern about that is I will only buy the for a back wheel. Im not going to buy another one. How much of a difference do cross winds make on a disc? If you have any other wheels that you have in mind let me know. I would like to stay under $1500 usd

I would like to stay under $1500 usdTake a look at the Reynold's Stratus deep section rims or something like Zipp 404s or Zipp 808s. Rear disks are great, but you will definitely feel crosswinds. I ride the Zipp 404s in road races and time trials, they're a pretty good compromise in terms of handling and speed. They're much faster in a flat TT than my normal box section rims and strong gusts can be disconcerting but manageable.
