To all Rec Bicycle rides .. do this .. put "block m15 post" in header

just post a block m15 in header ,, then we can move down.. kinda a block

A lot of news groups, this one included, was hit with a lot of spam-type
messages, with M15 in the header. If you have a responsible ISP, you won't
see these messages, as they will be pre-deleted for you. I don't see them
with my news service, but I saw them while viewing newsgroups on google the
other day.
