Trek or Ridgeback Hybrids? Advice please...
I'm looking to buy a relatively inexpensive hybrid bike, around £250. I've been advised in different places the Trek and Ridgeback brands. Does anybody have any advice on which is best. I'll just be doing the odd bit of riding, not really commuting, but will occassionally have a kids seat attached. I tried the Specialised Globe, but apparently the frame is wrong for me??
Any help is massively appreciated, thanks.

Trek or Ridgeback Hybrids? Advice please...
I bought a Trek 7100 this spring for $300 USD. I wanted a bike for fitness. The Trek 7200 was $100 more and I couldn't justify the extra $$$. This bike is very comfortable, the skinny road type tires. The only thing I can see is that the components are not top of the line and don't think this bike would hold up putting tons of miles on it. Overall, I am happy with it and pleased with my purchase. Can't comment on the other bikes you mentioned. Good luck with your shopping. Keep up posted on what you purchase.
