That's potentially a sign of dehydration, not cycling. Try drinking more fluids to help keep the good times rolling.....in more ways than one.

yea, i generally find the bend over position helps umm keep me regular :D maybe its all the water i take in too...

sounds like your either lacking water, or lacking nutrition.

Exercise in general keeps me regular. Must be all the jiggling of my guts. Come to think of it I usually do sit-ups on exercise days (6 per week) think that helps.
